At Ronster Rides, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
30-Day Return Policy
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unassembled, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received. It must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, parts, and documentation.
Items showing signs of use, riding, installation, damage, modification, or excessive wear may not be eligible for a return or may be subject to a deduction from the refund where permitted by law.
Starting a Return
Before sending any item back, you must contact us at Support@ronsterrides.site to request return authorization and return instructions.
Please include your order number, full name, reason for the return, and photos of the product and packaging when applicable.
Do not send a product back without receiving return instructions from us first. Returns sent to an unauthorized address may experience delays or may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size/model selection, or another reason not caused by Ronster Rides, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product due to an error on our part, contact us promptly. After reviewing the issue, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement parts, a replacement product, repair assistance, or a refund as applicable.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return results from an error by Ronster Rides.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact Support@ronsterrides.site as soon as possible and provide your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the product, packaging, shipping label, and damage or issue.
Please retain the original packaging while your claim is being reviewed.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after a refund is processed for it to appear on your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right, where permitted by applicable law, to reduce or refuse a refund if a returned product is damaged, incomplete, used, modified, or otherwise returned in a condition that materially reduces its value.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at Support@ronsterrides.site. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
If the order has already shipped, you may need to follow our standard return procedure after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including gift cards, personalized or custom products, products damaged through misuse or unauthorized modification, and items specifically marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain a different product is generally to return the eligible original item and place a new order after the return has been approved.
